That you are a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with deep analytical skills, who will be able to think out of the box and see through all charts and metrics, focusing on activities that matter the most.
We expect you to know the basics of online marketing, have perfect English, and have at least basic technical skills.
We also expect that you are a "manager of one" - someone who comes up with own goals and executes them, without a need for heavy direction and daily check-ins. That you do what a manager would do — set the tone, assign items, determine what needs to get done — but you do it by yourself and for yourself.
